e-Waste: The new "product" of the West

Another major problem arose before the eyes of "blind" Western: e-Waste. The progress tenologico has its pros and cons, however, now, all focus only on the benefits that 3G technologies will involve; technologies, which produce the various companies in the field dramatically. But where does all units of the older generation? Mostly they end up in Africa, in the slums of South Central, in landfills, toxic and highly dangerous form of e-Waste. E-Waste is a vast and growing range of electrical and electronic devices, including televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, cell phones, right up to our beloved personal computer, which are broken, as the old, faulty or unused . The various data show very alarming statistics: every year in Italy produces around 6 million tonnes of waste in technology, nearly 4% of the waste generated in Europe, where every citizen produces an average of 20 kg per year of e-Waste. This , quick and very reassuring, dissemination of e-waste can be countered, but only through the efforts and goodwill of all. To this end, several consortia have sprung for the dismantling of these technological waste; report here the link of RAEcycle: RAEcycle
